Integrity Thailand provides market surveys, product sampling, and market inspections to determine how many counterfeit, damaged, smuggled or imported products exist in the online or physical market.

The market-survey service aims to obtain information on brand-name use and product circulation across various layers and types of Thai markets, both online and offline.

This activity is carried out as research and analysis into brand presence (registered or unregistered), product-type circulation, suspected counterfeit or smuggled goods testing, and proof of various other violations. Inspections can be conducted both covertly and overtly, by going directly to sales locations, taking product samples, and conducting discussions with relevant parties.

Our investigators perform monitoring and collect evidence using an appropriate chain of custody for evidentiary purposes. In addition to confidentially purchasing product samples for laboratory testing, market inspections are conducted to identify counterfeit stores, signage violations, and trademark infringement.

Investigations are conducted using a variety of methods customized according to the nature and needs of the case. All product samples collected may be subject to testing — for example, checking authenticity through physical observation and laboratory tests — and evidentiary documents are collected for law-enforcement purposes.

These investigations are initiated in response to allegations of trademark infringement and include field information searches, market inspections, and desktop reviews to document and collect evidence of illegal trademark or brand use.
